Our Roles
- Regular Patrolling & Management Communication with residents, organizing events, and ensuring house rules are followed.
- Renter Recruitment & Guidance Conducting marketing and guiding prospective renters on property viewings.
- Move-in/Move-out Attendance & Key Management Handling move-in/out inspections, key handover, and coordination for necessary renovations.
- Troubleshooting & Response Management Resolving issues among housemates, addressing neighbor complaints, and managing tenant notices.
- Periodic Reports to Owners Providing regular operational updates and updates on the property’s current status.
Expenses
■ Management Fee
Properties are operated based on the set rental rates. We will remit the remaining balance after deducting 20% of the collected rent as our management commission.
■ Expenses Borne by Owner
- Renovation costs, furniture, home appliances, and daily household goods.
- Outsourced professional cleaning, consumables, and essential equipment.
- Facility maintenance, common area expenses during vacancies, and building upkeep repairs.
- Interior repairs, irregular deep cleaning, plumbing system maintenance, and related management fees.
*The contract period is one year (automatically renewed).
