Initial cost
Utility Cost
The Utility Cost is the cost of all the utilities like electricity, water, gas, internet and most of the shared consumables. The utility cost also includes the maintenance costs of the sharehouse.
Rent payment options
There are 2 main payment methods: bank transfer and automatic withdrawal. The bank transfer transaction fee is borne by the tenant. As for the automatic withdrawal is borne by our company. All foreign residents that don’t own a Japanese bank account or don’t want to use services like Transferwise, can also pay at every convenience store with extra fee.
Rent due date
The rent payment due date is the last day of the previous month with a grace period of one week. If you’re late with your payment, contact us!
Minimum period of stay
The minimum period of stay is 3 month.
Residents are responsible for taking out trash and cleaning the shared spaces.

The washing machine is free of charge.

The dryer machine cost is free of charge
Tenancies for Minors
Minors older than 18 years old can rent a room in our sharehouses if the parent signs the contact as a guardian.
Our sharehouses tenant target age is 20 to 40 years old.

Visitors
It is possible for your friends or family to visit you at our sharehouses.
First month: ¥6,000 is required.
After the second month, you can continue to use the room by paying the monthly rent + ¥1,000.
※The set includes a comforter and mattress (4 pieces in total including cover).
